5.XHR Series - 1 kW
XHR provides 1000 watts of programmable DC power in a compact half-rack package.

Description
1000 Watts from a 120 V / 15 A Outlet
XHR provides 1000 watts of programmable DC power in a compact half-rack package. It is available in eighteen 1 kW models. Its unique features and size make XHR ideal for OEM applications where high power and wide adjustment of output voltage or current is required, and a compact half-rack configuration is advantageous.
It is stackable with a small foot print, front panel binding post connectors and a low current requirement that allows it to be plugged into a standard 120 VAC, 15 A circuit. State-of-the-art zero voltage or "soft" switching technology virtually eliminates switching transients for high efficiency, low noise and high reliability. XHR is also power-factor-corrected for low current draw (only 11 A at 120 VAC for 1000 watts) and reduced generation of input current harmonics.
The half-rack XHR is ideal as a "companion" for another half-rack instrument in a test system equipment console, eliminating the need for a blank panel while preserving vertical rack space. With a choice of rear and/or front panel connectors, XHR offers added system flexibility.

6.XKW - 1 kW and 3 kW
XKW is the smart choice for OEM applications where high power and a wide adjustment of output voltage or current is required in a compact configuration.
*Note: Not available for purchase in the US.

Description
1 kW and 3 kW Models in a Low Profile Chassis
XKW is the smart choice for OEM applications where high power and a wide adjustment of output voltage or current is required in a compact configuration. It is ideal for research, product development and production test applications such as R&D, magnet control, product design, ATE, process control, electroplating and burn-in. There are nineteen 1000 watt and 3000 watt XKW models available.
High frequency conventional PWM switching is used to achieve high power density in compact 19-inch rack packages: 1.75 inches (1 U) high for the 1000 watt models and 3.5 inches (2U) high for the 3000 watt models. XKW features include standard analog control, parallel or series connection of multiple units for increased current or voltage, and constant voltage or current operation with automatic crossover and mode indication.
Note: These models are not available for purchase in the US.
Product Features

7.XMP 2600 - 2.4 kW
XMP 2600 is a customizable multi-output power system, which is ideal for ATE systems, burn-in, semi-conductor and automotive applications.

Description
Multiple Output Power System
The XMP 2600 is a multi-output programmable DC power system, which offers the highest power per module from any manufacturer. The XMP 2600 can be customized by selecting up to eight of 22 different power modules ranging from 160W to 2.4kW.
The XMP is designed to efficiently test a variety of DUT's or for replacing multiple power supplies. The software within the XMP 2600's mainframe controller can instantly reconfigure the system to provide eight channels with different voltage and current outputs. By adding one or more extension slave units, the XMP can provide 16 outputs under a single GPI address
The XMP 2600 was designed to be flexible and the system to be customized for high-level test and OEM applications in automotive, military, semiconductor manufacturing, burn-in and ATE.
The following built-in features come standard with the XMP 2600:
Features
- 19" x 51/4 (3 U high) mainframe to accommodate up to eight modules
- 1/8, 2/8 and 3/8 width modules from 160W to 2.4kW
- 0-8V to 0-160V and 1.25A to 80A
- Power envelope 2.4 kW, 2.6 kW intermittent
- Individual module control
- GPIB and RS-232 interfaces for simultaneous control and monitoring
- 99-step auto sequencing
- Continuous monitoring, warning and shutdown to ensure voltage and current stay within programmed levels (Workpoint window)
- Built-in disconnect and automatic polarity reversal relays
- Extensive DUT and load protection
8.XPD Series - 500W
With up to 540 watts of programmable DC power in a quarter-rack wide chassis, XPD is the highest power density product available in its power range.
Description
Highest Density 500-Watt, Quarter-Rack Design
With up to 540 watts of programmable DC power in a quarter-rack wide chassis, XPD is the highest power density product available in its power range. Choose from five models for benchtop and OEM applications, where a wide adjustment of output voltage or current is required in a compact package.
